This years Theme for the nationwide celebration of Buwan ng Wika is "Wikang Filipino: Mula Baler Hanggang sa Buong Bansa." It connotes the native land of the Filipino Lingo notwithstanding the great effort of an undemanding man until this lingo was brought out to play starting the spot of Batanes on the road to Julu.

Baler is notorious by scores of inhabitants where Manuel Luis Quezon, Father of the Filipino Lingo, was born.

Fifty-five years have passed and it is well again to recall the goings and comings earlier than the Filipino Lingo was recognized to us. Manuel L. Quezon, he athwart from a big confront until he lost his relatives. The chance was he took himself to a "kilusan" when Filipino-American war occured. After which, he continue his schoolwork until he get in touch with of becoming a lawyer. he did well in his career until his name became popular in the field of politics. At first he became as one of the senators then to the presidency. In that time he declared that the "Wikang Tagalog" will already be the Fatherland's Lingo.

The Filipino Lingo and Baler made a marks in the minds of Filipino and it will hang about wherever we are.
